Annelie Boros, born in Munich in 1991, studied documentary film and television journalism at the HFF Munich from 2012 to 2020. Her films MARS CLOSER and FUCK WHITE TEARS were screened at international festivals (including Visions du Réel, DOK Leipzig) and won numerous awards. In 2018, her film F32.2 was nominated for the Student Academy Award®. In 2020, her fiction graduation film FORCES premiered at the Nordische Filmtage and won the Audience Award at Sehsüchte Potsdam in 2021. Her documentary DIE GEWICHTHEBERIN screened at the Hofer Filmtage. She produced the short feature film MACHINES OF LOVING GRACE (Götz George Award at First Steps, Starter Film Award). Her debut documentary THE TENDER REVOLUTION is realized in collaboration with ZDF Kleines Fernsehspiel and FFF Bayern. Annelie works as a freelance director, cinematographer, videographer, producer and editor in Berlin.
