I am a VFX artist on On-Set VFX Supervisor based out of New Orleans, 20 years in the industry. From a tech perspective I have multiple machines here for simulation work or can remote into your pipeline via any service/VPN you guys use. I use 3dsMax(20+yrs) along with its strong plugins tyFlow, PhoenixFD, VRay, FumeFX, Krakatoa, etc. But also Blender (Great Add-Ons), EmberGen/LiquidGen real time fluids, the STORM granular solver and RealFlow. I have worked remotely long before the pandemic and have been a Max user for 20 years in tandem with other 3D packages exchanging assets via Alembic, OpenVDB and other formats. I also have experience with LED volumes/Virtual production and lately of course AI using RunWay for most things. I am an On-Set VFX Supervision as well.
