Apoorvaa Karanjkar is an Indian-born, Barcelona-based multidisciplinary designer, storyteller, and maker. With a background in Industrial Design and a deep passion for furniture, interiors, facade design, and visual
merchandising, she seeks to enhance the environments we live in by creating objects and spaces that are both
functionally impactful and aesthetically enriching.
A trained Kathak dancer, movement and storytelling shape Apoorvaa’s approach to design. Her work exists at the intersection of sustainability, social impact, and design strategy. She has worked with companies across scales, transforming complex challenges into thoughtful interventions that inspire, empower, and shift mindsets. Whether she is designing objects, facades, furniture, interiors, or immersive visual experiences, her process is driven by intentionality, contextual relevance, and human-centered solutions.
Apoorvaa holds a Master’s in Furniture Design from CEPT University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design from the D.J. Academy of Design, India.
