Hi, I’m Illaria “Ari” Shea Wessling. I earned a BA in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and English with a Creative Writing concentration from Cornell College and am pursuing an MS in Forensic Science (Criminalistics track) at UC Davis. My hands-on lab experience spans brain tissue case studies, DNA work, and heavy metals analysis, and I enjoy translating complex science into clear, engaging writing and reports. When I’m not in the lab, I love creative writing, crafting, and volunteering. I’ve organized student craft fairs and contributed to community science projects.
