Project Overview
We have an existing Microsoft PowerPoint presentation template for Data Crafters (attached). While the design concept is strong, the current file has several usability, performance and visual issues that make it unsuitable for day-to-day use. We need a skilled presentation designer + PowerPoint expert to redesign, optimize, and refine this template while keeping our brand identity and signature “wave” aesthetic intact.

What We Need

1. Optimize Template Performance
   The current PPTX file is too heavy, slow to download, and slow to open on most machines. We need you to:

• Significantly reduce file size, not compromising the image quality.
• Remove unnecessary embedded assets
• Rebuild the master slides efficiently
• Ensure the template loads instantly on standard laptops

2. Fix Color & Contrast Issues
   Our brand uses a green accent, but in the current template the green appears too neon and is overly dominant on large screens.
   We need you to:

• Adjust the green to a more balanced, professional tone
• Improve contrast so text and content remain readable
• Maintain brand energy without distracting from content

3. Add a Light / White Version of the Template in layouts
   Right now, the template is completely dark mode.
   We need:

• A parallel light-mode / white-background version
• Matching layouts that can switch between dark and light mode easily
• Design that still aligns with Data Crafters visual identity

4. Deliver a Clean, Empty Template (No Pre-filled Content)
   The current deck includes content we have to delete manually for every new presentation.
   We need you to:

• Remove all placeholder content
• Build a clean Master Template with layouts only
• Ensure all fonts, colors, and styles are embedded and consistent

5. Add More Layout Variations
   We want the template to be flexible for different types of presentations.
   Please add multiple layout options, including:

• Title slides (3+ variations)
• Section headers
• Side-by-side content
• Comparison layouts
• Image-heavy layouts
• Agenda and summary pages
• Quote slides
• Data / chart friendly layouts
• End slide variations
