I’m Ayushi Gilra, a strategic marketing professional with over 7 years of experience in brand management and performance marketing. My career has been a journey of turning data into actionable strategies, optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI, and driving sustainable growth through innovative product strategies and effective brand portfolio management.
The Story Behind My Passion
My passion for marketing ignited during my studies, where I earned my MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. It was here that I discovered how powerful storytelling could influence consumer behavior and strengthen brand loyalty. After completing my Bachelor’s in Commerce from Ravenshaw University, I dove into the marketing world, eager to apply my academic knowledge to real-world challenges.
As Senior Manager in Digital Marketing at HDFC Life, I had the opportunity to generate over $10 million in new revenue by identifying emerging market trends and optimizing our marketing channels. One of my proudest achievements was launching new digital products that significantly improved market penetration and drove brand growth. This experience reinforced my belief in the importance of aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Previously, as a Global Manager for Digital and Performance Marketing at Wavin, Orbia I coordinate strategies across 30+ international teams. Here, I successfully led initiatives that increased our revenue by over $2 million. Developing a centralized Global Marketing Dashboard in Power BI has been a game changer, allowing us to make data-driven decisions that enhance our marketing effectiveness.
