Automated Booking Confirmation and Meeting Scheduler

A client needed a reliable system to manage bookings without the back and forth of manual scheduling. I designed an automation workflow that captured booking requests through a form, checked calendar availability, created Zoom meetings automatically, sent confirmation emails to attendees, and notified the internal team through Slack. The solution eliminated scheduling conflicts, reduced administrative work, and provided a seamless booking experience from submission to meeting confirmation.
