A client needed a reliable system to manage bookings without the back and forth of manual scheduling. I designed an automation workflow that captured booking requests through a form, checked calendar availability, created Zoom meetings automatically, sent confirmation emails to attendees, and notified the internal team through Slack. The solution eliminated scheduling conflicts, reduced administrative work, and provided a seamless booking experience from submission to meeting confirmation.

A growing business wanted a branded chatbot that could answer customer questions instantly without requiring a support team to be available around the clock. I built an AI powered chatbot using n8n and OpenAI that handled conversations, maintained context, answered frequently asked questions, and performed actions such as appointment scheduling and lead collection. The chatbot was fully customized to match the client's brand and improved customer response times while reducing manual support workload.

A client needed a way to automatically build and organize a large database of Greek mythology artwork without manually researching, collecting, and categorizing every piece. I developed an advanced n8n workflow that gathered artwork data from multiple sources, enriched records with AI generated descriptions and metadata, categorized entries automatically, and stored everything in a structured database. The result was a scalable content system that transformed hours of manual research into a fully automated process while maintaining consistency and accuracy across thousands of records.
