Ben Allen

Hi there! I’m a Norwich-based animator and illustrator with a BA Hons in Animation and a National Diploma in Graphic Design. I specialise in 2D animation, character design, lip-sync timing, and explainer videos, bringing ideas to life from concept to final render and collaborating with teams to deliver engaging visuals for social media and product launches. I thrive on tight deadlines and enjoy turning briefs into polished, high-quality work for national and international clients.

Most of my professional experience has been with Curveball Media (2018–2022) and a broad range of freelance projects, including music videos with animated text, game cutscenes, and museum/heritage animations. I enjoy shaping visuals end-to-end—from initial idea, through storyboarding and illustration, to final animation—and I’m always keen to explore new projects and tools to push creative boundaries.
