About

I’m a freelance instructional designer and aspiring digital nomad, based in Birmingham, UK at the moment.

I stumbled upon the exciting field of eLearning about a year ago when I had a bit of a FOMO moment with AI and new tech🤖 , and since then I have not looked back.

Having experienced both good and bad onboarding processes myself, I understand the impact the first few crucial months can have on a person’s career, health, and overall job satisfaction.

🎯My goal is to help businesses improve their onboarding processes through effective instructional design, creating engaging eLearning content, and developing innovative training solutions. I believe that a well-structured onboarding program can set the tone for a positive work environment and contribute to long-term success.
