Led common test (Pre-Integration) methodologies and process improvements; aligned with internal/external stakeholders to improve productivity and deliverables. Guided problem solving and escalation, and ensured alignment with DO-178B/DO-332 standards. Involved in hardware/software integration planning and mentoring across sites.
