uniE621 Public Competition - School entrance
I collaborated on this public competition, handling 3D modeling and rendering of the exterior spaces during the preliminary study phase. Two schools for different age groups share the same urban plot, each in independent buildings at different levels. The proposal adds a new extension that functionally and formally connects both campuses, unifying the urban composition, resolving the topography, and enhancing intermediary spaces. The new building increases capacity with classrooms and introduces shared facilities — a café, library, and auditorium — promoting resource sharing and interaction between the school communities.
    uniE621 Noble Farmyard
This house was originally organized over two floors without internal vertical connection and with limited use of natural light and views. The existing building also reveals two distinct construction phases, which were intentionally preserved in the proposal: the farmyard and the house. The project preserves the memory of the former farmyard, converting it into a noble space with internal access to the house: the stone structure was maintained, openings were replaced, and the layout was reorganized for new uses. On the upper floor, a complete reconstruction was carried out with expansion and internal reconfiguration, opening the common areas to a garden and private parking.
