At Mediaplus (media agency), I was managing (5 fte) and ultimately responsible for the media team. Similar to (parts of) my role at Media Reverse, I strengthened the team, trained and developed them, and built a future-proof foundation. Beyond my knowledge and experience, I also improved internal processes and was closely involved in complex media challenges and pitches.
At Noordhoff, I was responsible for the rebranding and for forming the new Brand & Event department (7 fte). In this complex organisation, the focus was on align all stakeholders while also showing decisiveness in making choices. In addition to managing various agencies, I was responsible for
hiring new colleagues to complete the team and for guiding reassigned employees into their new roles within the renewed marketing organisation.
Raising awareness around the process of dying is not easy for the foundation Landelijk Expertisecentrum Sterven. Together, we developed a podcast series to contribute to this mission. In addition to supervising this project, I also suporting their marketing strategy and activities. Including the social media presence, media and events.
