Box Canyon Barbies

In February 2026, I recently had the honor of recording and producing a record for a charming local band called the Box Canyon Barbies. The ‘Barbies’ have an incredible chemistry between them, they are an All- American rock and roll band but with an exotic Brazilian sweetness (Kayo) and they have upright bass too! The music touches on many influences from Creedence to Manu Chao, Lou Reed to Neil Young and all orchestrated with the same spritely BCB exuberance and cleverness. This was their first album, and I am fortunate to have been part of its creation. https://www.twine.net/signin
