As the Founder and Owner of Cosmix Design, you are responsible for the strategic direction, operations, and growth of a full-service web hosting and digital solutions company. The role combines leadership, technical oversight, client management, and business development, ensuring high-quality service delivery across web hosting, web design, development, and digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Business Leadership Define and execute the company vision, goals, and long-term growth strategy. Identify new service offerings, market opportunities, and revenue streams. Oversee pricing models, partnerships, reseller programs, and affiliate initiatives. Operations & Service Delivery Manage day-to-day operations of web hosting, email hosting, and infrastructure services. Ensure reliability, security, uptime, and performance of hosting environments. Oversee automation and billing systems (e.g., client onboarding, provisioning, invoicing). Technical Oversight Supervise web hosting platforms, control panels, DNS, email security, and server environments. Ensure best practices for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SSL, backups, and data protection. Guide technical troubleshooting and escalations when required. Web & Digital Solutions Lead and review web design and development projects (WordPress and custom solutions). Ensure delivery of responsive, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused websites. Oversee branding, UI/UX, content, and performance optimization standards. Client & Account Management Act as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and retention. Manage enterprise and high-value client relationships. Define support workflows, SLAs, and customer experience standards. Marketing & Growth Oversee digital marketing initiatives, website content, and lead generation strategies. Drive brand positioning and online visibility. Evaluate advertising, partnerships, and promotional campaigns. Financial & Administrative Management Manage budgeting, cost control, vendor relationships, and profitability. Oversee compliance, contracts, policies, and internal documentation.
