I’m currently working part time across a mix of freelance commitments and my partner’s small business, and I’m intentionally looking for flexible opportunities where I can step in as a highly capable extra pair of hands and add value quickly.
My background spans executive support, office and operations management, project and bid coordination, ICT and vendor management, marketing and customer-facing roles across health, government, professional services, engineering and construction. Most recently, as Business Improvement & Marketing Manager at Eptec Group, I effectively ran the ICT and digital function for a national construction services business, leading Microsoft 365 and Dynamics CRM transformation, coordinating vendors and contracts, and overseeing marketing and client communications. Before that, I held senior roles such as National Operations Manager at KordaMentha and Senior Advisor at AHPRA, giving me a strong grounding in governance, stakeholder management and high-level coordination.
I’m now deliberately using that senior experience in a more flexible way, taking on hands-on business support and customer roles where I can quickly steady the wheels and make life easier for busy teams. I’m equally comfortable at reception or front-of-house, in an EA or team assistant role, or providing project and coordination support behind the scenes. I’m known for being calm, organised, friendly and very quick to get across new environments, systems and stakeholders.
I bring strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint), CRM and database work, document formatting, reporting and general administration. I enjoy creating order out of chaos, improving simple processes on the fly, and being the person who notices what needs doing and quietly gets it done. I’m more than happy to take on roles that may look like “a step down on paper” if it means I can be practical, useful and on the ground supporting your clients.
Right now, I’m especially interested in short-term or temp, ideally part-time assignments in and around the CBD and inner suburbs, as well as remote or hybrid roles where that suits your clients. I’m flexible on days and hours, can onboard quickly, and I’m used to dropping into new environments and building rapport fast with both colleagues and customers.
