I am Bujlkham Batmunkh, a recent graduate of the University of South Australia with a Master of Design in Interior Architecture. Originally from Mongolia, I have always been fascinated by the nomadic way of life of my people and the intimate relationship between home, family, and environment. Growing up as a bridge between the nomadic traditions of my family and the settled city life, I developed a unique perspective on how spaces shape human experience and belonging. Through my design practice, I continue to explore how people interact with space, how environments can support well-being, and how cultural heritage can inspire contemporary design solutions. My work reflects a balance between tradition and modernity, movement and stability, and a deep curiosity about the ways spaces can tell stories and nurture connections.
