Full-stack developer (personal projects)

August 1, 2026 - Present

Created a TikTok-style vertical movie feed called TMDB Reels with React and an Express backend. Implemented infinite scroll using the native IntersectionObserver API (no third-party scroll libraries), and built an Express proxy to keep the TMDB API key off the client while enabling CORS for the frontend. Focused on mobile-first UI with smooth scroll-snap behavior and included a random discovery mode for browsing.

Full-stack developer (personal projects)

July 1, 2026 - Present

Built a full-stack POE2 price tracking system for Path of Exile 2 items using a Node.js data collector and an Express REST API. Designed a SQLite schema that keeps complete price history over time while still supporting efficient “latest price” lookups. Implemented responsible self-throttling and content-type-based detection to handle trade API limits, including graceful shutdown and resumption. Added disk-based progress checkpointing so the hourly category collection job can restart from where it left off.
