User Experience Designer at Lime (Corporate Sponsor)
July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025Led the cross-functional design of a points-based reward system to encourage responsible parking behavior, in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Industrial Design, and Leadership. Conducted 44 user interviews with 30 participants, incorporating A/B testing and scenario mapping to evaluate concepts. Created and iterated high-fidelity mobile screens in Figma for rider flows, reward tracking, and seamless integration into the existing app, using stakeholder feedback and usability testing to refine designs. Developed a cost-reward model aligned with Lime’s operational and financial KPIs, ensuring the design balanced user motivation with Lime’s cost-saving objective. Leveraged AI to classify rider-submitted parking photos, outlining a training strategy to improve model performance. Presented the final design to Lime’s Head of UX, demonstrating potential to reduce fines, lower relocation costs, and scale globally, with 100% user preference in testing.
