I’m Carlos Cavalero, a multidisciplinary graphic designer from Venezuela, currently based in Portugal.
With over 7 years of experience in both digital and print design, I specialize in photo retouching, photomontage, branding, packaging, and illustration. I’ve collaborated with clients and brands across Latin America, Europe, and beyond — including projects for music albums, editorial covers, product packaging, social media, and web interfaces.
What sets me apart is my artistic sensibility paired with a deep understanding of visual storytelling — I don’t just design; I craft emotional narratives through compelling visuals. Whether I’m building a brand identity, designing a book cover, or retouching a photo, I bring a creative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable approach to every project.
My experience spans diverse sectors such as music, publishing, lifestyle products, and sustainable brands — always combining aesthetics with purpose. I’m passionate about learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of visual communication.

As the lead graphic designer for Cannon Pillows since 2018 and Shannon Home since 2022, Im responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets for both digital and print platforms. My work included the design of banners, flyers, packaging, outdoor advertising, and social media content, all aligned with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals.
I also developed visual strategies to support product launches and sales campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing team. Additionally, I provided creative direction and graphic design for sub-brands such as Wamsutta and The Zero Waste Box, ensuring consistency across international markets.
My role extended to product concept development, offering design consultation for new product lines, and managing the overall visual communication of the brand on social media.
I developed the visual concept and executed the photomontage for both the front and back cover of Lies Rosario’s novel Cuando el mundo se viene abajo. Set in the year 2150, the story explores a futuristic humanity at its peak, abruptly thrown into chaos and collapse. My design sought to reflect this dramatic shift — from peace to apocalyptic devastation — through a compelling visual narrative that captures the emotional and thematic core of the book.
I was responsible for adapting the original Process album design to the vinyl (LP) format for its limited anniversary edition. While honoring the visual identity of the original CD design, I laid out the entire artwork for the vinyl release — including the back cover, inner sleeves, lyrics and credits page, and the vinyl labels themselves. I also introduced new graphic elements to enrich the overall visual experience of this special edition.c
