As Scrum Master, I led the planning and organization of all activities required to implement the Immediate Low-Value Payment System in alignment with the roadmap established by the Central Bank of Colombia (Banco de la República).

I ensured full compliance with the bank’s product definitions and regulatory guidelines, guaranteeing that the solution met quality and functionality requirements. Additionally, I designed and managed a real-time Power BI dashboard that displayed key project metrics and product performance indicators.

Acting as the communication bridge between the project team and other internal departments — such as finance, corporate communications, and parallel project teams — I helped align cross-functional efforts and secure the project’s successful delivery.

This initiative positioned Banco AV Villas at the forefront of financial technology innovation in the country, enhancing customer satisfaction and attracting new clients through modern, fast, and reliable transfer capabilities.
