    Ramsay is a private healthcare provider with a network of hospitals, clinics and services in Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

    Project

    The 78 websites, including the national website and all hospitals, have inconsistent tone, poor usability, and accessibility issues.
    The goal is to redesign all websites and deliver expert medical definitions and guidance while preserving the personal, human side of healthcare.
    At the same time, content needs to be both universal (reusable across all Ramsay websites) and tailored to each hospital and its specialties.
