I designed her logo in text, focusing on the professionalism and elegance of the text, mixed with the script font to symbolize her heart + hearth approach of helping her client find the perfect home.

The El Gato brand identity was a true inspiration to create.

It’s this beautiful mix of cultural richness and design ingenuity. I was excited to dive into the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos to bring this brand to life.

Living in Mexico, I get to see how people come together to celebrate their loved ones who have passed. That’s why I knew I needed to create the typical ceremonial graphics to evoke an atmosphere of mystery and empowerment.

The logo captures the essence of history and tradition while the carnations and flickering candles intertwine to symbolize love, remembrance, and guidance through darkness.

Through intentional design, El Gato invites their visitors into a realm where feminine strength intertwines with the shadows of loved ones.

Each stroke of ink telling a story of transformation and resilience, forging a sanctuary where self-expression flourishes amid the enigmatic embrace of the night.

San Javier, a picturesque pueblita nestled just forty-five minutes west of Loreto, beckoned to us with its timeless charm.

Our mission was to craft a brand identity that not only celebrated this hidden gem but also harnessed its unique historical tapestry to bring much-needed resources to the local community.

The sleepy town of San Javier is a living relic of the past, boasting an enchanting ambiance of yesteryears. Our challenge was to encapsulate this essence within a contemporary brand identity, honoring the town’s rich history while fostering economic growth.

“We love it!! You can even see the bell in the tower. We are very impressed! And the people of San Javier are very excited.”

We initiated the project by exploring the heart of San Javier, where the jewel of the town, the 300+ year old San Javier mission, stood tall. Drawing inspiration from the mission’s architectural marvels and historical significance, we crafted a logo that harmoniously blended modern aesthetics with traditional elements. The emblem encapsulated the essence of San Javier’s history and its aspirations for the future.

To ensure the brand identity design resonated deeply with the town’s heritage, we conducted an in-depth study of the mission’s history. This information enabled us to curate a color palette that mirrored the earthy tones of the mission’s walls and the vibrant hues of indigenous art. Fonts were carefully selected to evoke a sense of timeless elegance.

One of the key highlights of San Javier is its ancient olive tree, which we incorporated as a symbol of endurance and longevity in the brand identity.

This emblematic tree found its place in various brand collaterals, forging a deeper connection between the town’s offerings and its cultural riches.

The town’s cultural heritage extended beyond its historic buildings.

We celebrated San Javier’s indigenous roots by featuring elements inspired by the ancient cave paintings in our brand identity.

The brand identity we crafted for San Javier not only captured the town’s essence but also contributed significantly to its economic growth. Through merchandise featuring the brand, tourism thrived, bringing in much-needed resources to the community. This project exemplifies how preserving history and cultivating heritage can be a catalyst for positive change ♡
