Using open AI's chat model with memory, the AI agent intelligently understands user prompt and takes action - such as creating, updating, deleting google calendar events, and logging tasks in google sheets. The system works from a single char message and connects multiple tools, giving the client and intelligent assistant that handles scheduling, task management, and data entry - all without manual input. The solution enhanced productivity, automated repetitive workflows, and gave the client a scalable AI assistant built on modern tools.
