Hello! I am an SF Bay Area-based user experience designer with 4+ years of professional work experience in designing web and mobile applications applications for B2B products in corporate, consulting, and healthcare sectors. I found my passion for this field as a result of shifting my focus from perfecting products to perfecting the experience a person has interacting with the said products. In my eyes, a well designed and strategized experience of using a product is a major contributor to its goodwill. Within the UX process, I have contributed to and led initiatives in user research methods, translating insights into scalable and accessible designs, user and prototype testing, and building design systems. At Infosys, I had to opportunity to conceptualize a seasoned Indian car driver's assistant leveraging AI and NLP to shape a productive driving experience in a metropolitan city. I also built a scalable model of displaying consolidated sales data visuals with varying granularity, aiding decision making process. While at at Bond Medical, I contributed to designing key workflows of an assistive cognitive healthcare product for menopausal women. At Ajmera infotech, I am currently supporting UX for our healthcare client's patient facing and tech support facing interfaces. For the latter, I have contributed to feature launches that ease the troubleshooting process of the tech support agents of a diabetes management system. While I'm not pushing pixels, I take the time to whip up kitchen experiments with Indian food, devour good OTT content, cuddle dogs, and explore different coffee drinks and blends!
