Hello! I’m Charlene Hernes, a dedicated educator and program coordinator with more than a decade of experience supporting students, families, and communities. I currently serve as a Special Education Teacher at a Virtual Online School, where I plan and deliver tailored educational services, write IEPs, and compile reports to track student progress. I also enjoy tutoring, outreach, and collaborating with agencies to help clients reach their goals. I also do acting part-time, I have read some audio scripts for AI, I am interested in doing more of that, and also other projects if they would be available to me. I thrive in collaborative environments, from classrooms to case management teams, and I take pride in building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
