The graduating project was executed in a virtual simulation environment, with BOSS Stratx, where my team of three was in charge of developing Blue Ocean products for "our" company and raising the overall Share Price Index (SPI) over a period of "ten years".
This was done through exercises and decisions regarding geographic expansion, revamping existing (red ocean) products, exploring and implementing blue ocean products, as well as launching corporate improvement projects.
At the end of the project, the SPI of my team of 3 had gone up 200% and EBIT over 300%
