I am a highly motivated, trend-driven womenswear fashion designer with over five years of industry experience across womenswear, activewear, and licensed categories. I bring a strong balance of creative vision and commercial understanding, with an exceptional eye for trend, deep technical product knowledge, and hands-on production experience.
I spent three years at Myer as a Womenswear Designer, where I led the full design lifecycle. From initial concept and trend research through to sketching, technical design, fittings, bulk production, and final delivery on the retail floor. This role strengthened my expertise in commercial range building, garment construction, fabrication, and designing for a large-scale, fast-paced retail environment. I worked closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure product aligned with brand strategy, margin targets, and customer expectations.
Currently, I lead end-to-end product development for activewear ranges at Brand Collective, owning design direction, supplier communication, production tracking, and strategic retail collaboration with Kmart. I am highly experienced in managing multiple brands and categories simultaneously, working offshore with suppliers, and delivering ranges on time and on brief.
My skill set includes trend forecasting, sketching and technical garment design, range planning, fittings, production coordination, and brand elevation across both physical retail and e-commerce. I also bring a strong understanding of social media and digital product presentation, ensuring ranges translate seamlessly from concept to consumer.
