I’m Chris, an experienced, award-winning, driven and passionate radio and podcast producer; regularly creating programmes for a range of clients across different genres and styles. With many years of experience to call upon, I’m also on hand to offer bespoke presenter and producer training, and I love developing brand strategies in the audio space. Key to all this is a constant drive to push boundaries and deliver those magic moments you have to hear to believe.
Previously, I ran Ministry of Sound’s Radio Platform in London; delivering world-class weekly shows and driving revenue, audience growth and engagement. I led significant teams of DJs and producers, ensured compliance with broadcasting regulations, and built strong partnerships through international syndication.
I thrive under pressure, will always encourage others, and am passionate about turning creative ideas into standout audio experiences.

Production of weekly/monthly internationally syndicated radio and podcast shows for a range of clients. Presenter and producer training. Brand strategy development for radio and podcast creative. Growth of the Vi4Y L brand; gigs, content and all things vinyl. Highlights include over 600 weekly radio shows with the world no.1 DJ Martin Garrix, Aria Gold Award winner (Best Specialist Radio Show) as the Tech Producer on the team that produced Romesh Ranganathan's 2nd series of 'For The Love Of Hip-Hop' for BBC Radio Two, post-production and location recording for some of James Cordon's podcasts, and Producer/Director of the 'Love Letter To Vinyl' documentary which has been performed and screened all over London, the South Coast, Canne - France, and Haarlem - Netherlands.
Management of a full radio station including 45 specialist DJs and a team of producers. Ensuring all broadcasting regulations were adhered to. International radio syndication - fronting the production team and delivering world class weekly shows. Rework schedule, playlist and revenue model. Results: revenue +50%, listening figures +100% and hours +150%.
