Work Experience

Founder & Brand Specialist at Co-Create Design
January 9, 2017 - Present
I partner with purpose-led organisations to bring clarity, consistency and credibility to their brand systems so design actually works beyond the pitch deck. I work closely with in-house teams, marketers and leaders to turn messy internal tools into clear brand assets. That might mean rolling out a refreshed identity, building an internal template suite or evolving legacy documents into usable, on-brand comms. Most of my clients come with existing brand assets. What they need is help bringing them to life, rolling them out and making sure they don’t fall apart in three months. My work blends brand strategy, systems design and creative implementation. I sit at the intersection of design, comms and ops, building tools that people actually want to use. What I deliver: - Brand systems and toolkits - Internal communications frameworks - Strategic templates (think: presentations, reports, guides) - Design audits and rollout plans Brands I’ve worked with include: Bunnings, Gallagher, Nutrien, Suburban Roads Upgrade, Asahi, Torrens University and more. paper Pursue | Editorial Design
Worked with the client to develop an existing concept; taking a strong concept to its fullest potential by addressing the lack of typographic hierarchy, finessing pull out elements and introducing hero pages. Final product was a printed book and a interactive pdf allowing the audience to write down any thoughts they might have as they progress through the book. graphicdesigner editorialdesign longformdesign

paper Asahi Connect Event | Transforming brand presence with bold, innovative internal comms design
The Challenge: Aligning people around a bold vision, remotely. In the wake of a major acquisition and ongoing pandemic disruptions, Asahi Beverages needed a meaningful way to unite their workforce around a new five-year strategy. The goal was to move beyond a standard business update and create an emotionally resonant, engaging experience. The format also had to accommodate remote delivery without being limited by unreliable Wi-Fi or technical hiccups. The Solution: Creating an immersive broadcast experience that felt personal. Working as part of Bunch’s broader team, I helped shape and implement the visual direction for Asahi Connect LIVE. This was a quarterly, TV-style broadcast designed to bring warmth, clarity, and high production value to internal communications. We developed a bold, energetic event branding system that carried across LED screens, registration pages, and email marketing. The format focused on storytelling and interaction, turning a typical internal update into an enterprise-level internal communications design system that was both memorable and human.. The Results An enterprise-level communications platform that set a new benchmark for internal engagement. Over 75% audience interaction rate. More than 1,000 views per episode. Team feedback described the show as “superlative-laden” and “next-level”. The event’s success helped solidify an ongoing partnership between Asahi and Bunch, with future projects commissioned on the strength of the work delivered.
paper Build Together Program for Bunnings Trade | A brand system that supports stronger relationships
The Challenge: Turning a transactional relationship into a loyal community. Bunnings Trade had long-standing relationships with a wide network of suppliers, but those relationships were largely built around logistics and transactions. While the trust was there, the sense of unity wasn’t. The potential to foster something greater, a supplier community anchored in shared goals, support, and mutual growth was untapped. The Build Together Supplier Support Program presented the perfect vehicle to shift this dynamic. More than just a benefits initiative, it was designed to champion partnership, recognition, and collaboration. But to land with impact, it needed a brand identity that could do more than inform; it had to inspire. The challenge was creating a B2B supplier engagement brand identity system that delivered warmth, clarity, and credibility across diverse suppliers. ‍ The Solution: Building a brand suppliers can belong to. Partnering with Bunch, I brought the creative direction to life across a suite of assets that helped define and amplify the Build Together Supplier Support Program. From crafting a strong visual identity to designing adaptable templates, the work ensured brand consistency while offering enough flexibility to suit various suppliers and campaign touchpoints. The creative wasn’t just polished, it was purposeful. We worked to make the program feel more like a shared banner than a top-down initiative, something suppliers could see themselves in and rally behind. The design system was thoughtfully applied across printed collateral, presentation decks, internal communications, and digital formats, creating a unified and accessible look that spoke directly to its trade audience. Throughout the process, clarity and functionality were prioritised without sacrificing creativity, ensuring the program looked as strong as the value it delivered. The Results A supplier engagement program that drove unity, strengthened trade relationships, and built long-term trust. The assets delivered a clear, scalable design language that supported consistent communication across Bunnings Trade’s key touchpoints. - The visual system was extended across a variety of branded assets, demonstrating its clarity and ease of application across different formats. Positive internal feedback pointed to the system’s clarity, accessibility, and professional finish, which aligned with the needs of trade-facing audiences. The continued collaboration with Bunch on other high-profile projects signals the trust and satisfaction established through this work. ‍

paper Torrens University | Sales Roadshow Master Deck

The Challenge: Turning a massive presentation into a standout sales tool.
Torrens University needed a complete redesign of their 80-slide master deck used for national roadshows. The brief landed with just two business days to turn around the first draft of the sales presentation, and expectations were high. While the content structure was in place, the existing slides lacked polish, visual consistency, and the level of dynamism the client expected. The challenge was to elevate the design significantly within an exceptionally tight timeframe, without compromising on brand alignment or clarity.

The Solution: Bringing structure and movement to content overload.
Brought in to elevate the presentation, I reimagined the visual system while still working within brand guidelines but pushing the design further with:

Fresh layouts that brought structure, pace, and hierarchy to a complex deck.
Dynamic use of animations, morph transitions, and brand-led image integration.
A polished slide narrative that balanced visual energy with professional restraint.
This wasn’t just about making slides prettier. It was about building an adaptable tool that empowered presenters across the country to tell the Torrens story with confidence. All while keeping the audience’s engagement.

    The Results
A flagship education sales deck design used across national roadshows, praised for its clarity, energy, and ability to support presenters with confidence.

    • Final presentation delivered on time.
    • Visual system praised for clarity, energy, and alignment with the Torrens brand.
    • Ongoing internal use as a flagship sales tool across national roadshow circuits.
    • Exceeding client expectations
