My background spans innovative learning design, teaching and training, curriculum development, and eLearning/digital integration, with a strong focus on quality, accessibility, and learner engagement.
I enjoy building dynamic learning experiences that translate real-world needs into clear, relatable content—whether that’s designing LMS-based courses, creating interactive digital resources, or leading project delivery and compliance processes. Across my roles in instructional design and RTO-quality work, I’ve supported teams and partners to modernise learning and assessment so organisations and learners can achieve better outcomes.
