Tummly | Multi-Location Restaurant Feedback SaaS

Project Overview
Tummly is a restaurant feedback SaaS platform designed to help restaurant owners collect guest feedback through QR codes and manage feedback operations across multiple restaurant locations.

The Problem
Restaurants need a convenient way to collect customer feedback, understand guest experiences, and manage operations across multiple locations. Tummly addresses this need through a centralized platform with QR-based feedback functionality and a structured restaurant onboarding workflow.

My Contribution
I independently developed Tummly, taking ownership of frontend and backend development, database architecture, API integration, and application functionality.

Key contributions:
• Built responsive user interfaces using React.js based on Figma designs.
• Developed RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Designed a multi-tenant database structure using SQL Server.
• Implemented JWT authentication, OTP email verification, and role-based access control.
• Developed dynamic QR-code functionality for restaurant feedback workflows.
• Implemented restaurant onboarding workflows, including trial requests, administrative approval, and secure registration.
• Built multi-account, restaurant group, and location management workflows.
• Integrated frontend components with backend services and supported deployment.

Project Outcome
