Cody Xeru is a natural born performer. Starting at the age of 14, Cody’s love for performance has seen him turn his hand to singing, songwriting, film, TV and theatre performances, along with stand up and physical comedy. Never content to rest on his laurels, Cody continues to explore all forms of the arts with relish. His official debut single “Here We Go” began life with co-writer Nathan Eshman. Cody enlisted Sydney based producer/remixer Eddie Said from Kings X Music [whose credits include Beyonce, Britney Spears, Pet Shop Boys along with Australian artists including Ricki-Lee, Paulini] to complete his vision for the song. “Here We Go” is best described as “Euphoric” dance/pop – with the crisp and oh-so-now production sounds emphasizing the message of the song – positivity, reaching for your dreams and never giving up. The track also includes remixes by Sydney’s Adam Love [Pet Shop Boys, Jessica Sutta], the UK’s Lee Adams; who delivers a thumpin’ club mix along with a dubstep take. Ajay B rounds out the mix package with his synth driven take. Over the years, Cody has worked alongside the likes of Tina Cousins, DJ Paul Goodyear and has a love for live performance. His shows have proven a hit, striking a particular chord across Asia amongst KPop fans and a forthcoming Asian tour is in motion.
