I provided technical support for users in need, gathered suggestions, and bug reports to feedback to the development team as well as general communication with our players. I constantly refined and fine-tuned the methods we had in place to communicate with users so I could achieve the best results possible.
Managed and assisted in the development of the Community Sift "pottymouth" system. We use this for filtering profanities within the app. This includes managing custom options, rule sets, and lists defined specifically for our user base.
Worked closely with the talented team of programmers and artists at Lockwood, creating marketing assets including promotional posters and videos. For still and video capture I use a combination of Unity3D and Fraps and then create the media using the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite.
Mixing audio tracks that were used within the app for various social events. When required I outsourced audio projects to freelance audio producers and DJs.
I organised the events and contests calendar for our users to participate in. These events can vary from social media quizzes and art contests to in-game dance contests and modelling shows. The players are very engaged in the Avakin product and we can have up to 30 events in any single month.

Created marketing assets for items designed and produced for Playstation@Home.
This included promotional videos, in-game posters, social media imagery & user interface assets.
I worked closely with a specialist team of industry experts to ensure that the projects were produced on time and to the best quality possible.
The assets were delivered to the Playstation@Home users every week. I used Black Magic software to capture the in-game footage of new releases, I then edited the footage using Adobe Premiere and took care of post-production using Adobe After Effects.
All 2D static assets were created using Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
I was responsible for outsourcing voice-overs for some of Lockwood's videos, on some projects I produced the audio myself using Audacity, Virtual DJ & Adobe Audition/Soundbooth.
I attended the Lockwood retail team meetings on a Bi-Monthly basis to help brainstorm ideas for future releases on both Playstation@Home and Avakin, many of which were published.
