Consultation, design, and development for multiple bank clients to customize Oracle’s base banking product suite. Owns client requirement discovery and translates high-level needs into technical implementation with functional teams, producing technical/functional documents (e.g., ISD/FSD/TSD, mapping matrices). Delivers full-stack changes spanning HTML/JavaScript frontends, Java backend services (REST APIs), and PL/SQL/Oracle database updates. Performs incident investigations in UAT and production under SLA, isolating issues and creating/deploying hotfixes before expiry. From 10/2024, serves as an in-sourced Oracle representative for SMBC APAC DevOps: manages Oracle releases, coordinates Oracle and offshore developers, handles infrastructure risk, and performs L2/L3 incident actions across APAC live environments. Contributes to multiple projects (e.g., DBBL/UCBL APH and SMBC APH) including release deployment and design of new systems and REST-based business logic.

Worked in ISAP HQ supporting Asia operations. Built modules end-to-end (requirements to production deployment) for a mission-critical data-processing application with UI for client interaction. Developed multiple backend APIs for dashboard functionality and event-driven processing using message queues to supply filtered data to the frontend. Created frontend dashboard modules with data manipulation logic for user-facing views. Implemented behavior-based transaction flows for new payment/report types, and monitored backend performance/latency to avoid degradation. Handled production incident investigations with SLA, including isolating issues, preparing hotfixes, and supporting management-requested ad-hoc jobs such as data extraction/analysis. Used JanusGraph for data verification and investigation across environments.

Supported Changi Airport Group (CAG) and MHA projects in parallel. Delivered modules end-to-end across site deployment and maintenance. Developed a FlightInfo dashboard using Java EE (backend) and HTML/JavaScript/CSS (frontend), leveraging KendoUI. Built Mexia interface/service modules to consume a third-party web API, transform data to JSON, call services, store into the database, and design DB schemas for passenger tracking. Added PaxPriority logic to update passenger numbers by flight priority and persist messages/results in the database. Implemented a Steerpath portlet map module by adapting vendor-provided map assets and migrating logic from OpenLayers to Mapbox API within the Steerpath framework. Worked on ASMGCS Flight Plan module by consuming JMS queue messages, decoding XML, and storing to the database (with collaboration on the interface module). Conducted SLA-based production incident investigations, created hotfixes, and performed production deployments with knowledge of cl
