I organise stock efficiently, making it easier for fellow employees and customers to recognise stock and items whilst keeping the store organised, clean and professional. Moreover, I assist and serve customers, often taking a personal and friendly approach by offering assistance to customers individually. I also often work behind the till individually and with others which allows me to work competently as a team. I prepare food following the correct hygiene roles and catering to customers allergies and needs. Furthermore, I balance keeping the till area clear and café clean and sanitised throughout my shifts by also balancing doing kitchen porter tasks. During my time working there, I have been punctual as I am on time for every shift.

I would be sent to different caravans to clean in a time limit bwfore guests arrived which helped me learn to work more efficiently, whilst also happily accommodating to guests around the park if they required extra items or directions. Moreover, I made sure to clean extra thoroughly and communicated any maintenance issues within the vans to get resolved, ensuring the customers got a comfortable stay. Throughout all this, I made sure to follow the correct safety protocols when handling chemicals and kept the supply cupboards organised and tidy for my coworkers.

I keep my client updated/show progress and offer changes to make sure they get exactly what they ordered. I follow their instruction well, discussing back and forth with the client to keep up good and reliable communication. With every order, I make sure it is delivered on time and up to their standard. I am often given words and mood boards to work with, allowing me to be creative and problem solve something that fits with what they imagined. I have a history in working in procreate and clip studio paint but am open to learn new programmes.
