Manage a design team with graphic designer, technical designer, patternmaker, junior patternmaker, stitchers, cutter, and others to create short run cut-and-sew collections for local retailers, brands, and pop-up stores. In over 1,000 retail locations nationwide. Primarily mens and womens RTW, with some home goods. Also led artist collaborations entitled the Hero Project.

Worked in the factory and then design shop taking military designs from concept to production samples in 2-3 weeks (0-10,000+) using various sewing (primarily single needle), cutting, and pattern-making tools with staff. Daily use a combination of analog and CAD on an as-needed basis from hand-cutting, spreading, and marking to Gerber and Accumark. Able to read patterns, grade, cut, create BOMs, and create roughly 250 new DFM products a year plus 40-60 average custom orders per sewer weekly.
