Recruited to establish a motion design function, bridging the gap between traditional print design and the increasing demand for video content. Served as the Creative Lead for all motion assets, ensuring brand consistency while spearheading the digital modernization of external client communications. End-to-End Production: Owned the full video lifecycle, taking projects from conceptual pitches and storyboards through to animation and post-production.     MediOracle | Product Launch Promo

    Overview: For the launch of MediOracle, I provided full-scale video production services, taking the project from pre-production through to the final polish. This piece was designed to humanise the product launch through a professional “talking head” format, supplemented by high-end motion design.

    The Process: I managed the entire production pipeline, including the live shoot, lighting, and sound. In post-production, I focused on creating a seamless narrative flow, enhanced by custom color grading and sound design to ensure a premium feel.

    Motion Integration: To reinforce brand identity, I designed and animated a suite of bespoke motion assets, including lower thirds, titles, and a signature logo sting that integrated naturally with the live-action footage.

    Do Check Review - Mixed-Media Explainer - LCP

    LCP | “Do Check Review” Mixed-Media Explainer

    Overview: To internalize a core business process for new starters, I developed a 2-minute narrative-driven film using a distinct collage aesthetic. The goal was to move away from traditional corporate visuals to create something memorable, tactile, and engaging for an internal learning platform.

    The Creative Challenge: Pacing a 2-minute technical explanation requires a strong visual hook. I utilized a “cut-out” collage style, blending photography and vector elements to create a high-energy, educational journey.

    Execution: I led the project from discovery to delivery, using Photoshop for complex asset manipulation and After Effects for the final character and environment animation.

    All In - Inclusive Design Launch - LCP

    LCP | “All In” Inclusive Design Launch

    Overview: As the Lead Designer, I spearheaded the visual identity and animation for LCP’s “All In” internal initiative. This project required translating a complex internal scheme into an engaging, 40-second motion piece designed to drive employee adoption and understanding of inclusive design principles.

    The Process: I worked directly with key stakeholders to define project goals before developing the end-to-end creative - from initial style-frames and storyboards to custom asset creation.

    Execution: Every element was custom-built in Illustrator and brought to life in After Effects, ensuring a fluid, high-energy pace that maintained viewer engagement throughout the internal launch.
