I'm a musician who specializes in Lead vocals , Guitar, writing , recording from Moncton N.B Canada My name is Chris Edgett or Dead Edge on stage. I have been on stage since I was about 17 years old. Been in a few bands, the main one for over 20 years. We play " Dark Rock" that is really a combination of Metal, Punk, Blues and Country that really is quite unique. Enjoy a small but loyal underground fan base, played a lot locally and toured Canada extensivly. I have also done some freelace vocal work for other bands and projects. I grew up surrounded by professional blues and country musicians that are more like family. That being the Prime Minister Of The Blues - Dutch Mason, Rick Jefferys, Wade Brown and of course Garrett Mason. My father is a professional Blues Harp ( Harmonica ) Player, as am I. I have spent the last 8 months working everyday on my recording and producing skills. I felt I depended too much on my band mates in this regard so I took a lay off and concentrated on muscic full time. It is time that I either go back to work or find some way to keep doing what I should be doing. I am looking for anything that will enable me to continue doing music full time. I have a natural ear and talent for anything good. I can play anything with strings but my major strenght is my very wide vocal range and knowledge. Also, colaberating or composing new material.
