My name is Dinesh Samson, and I’m a Senior Unity Developer with over 9 years of experience delivering immersive and
technically sophisticated AR/VR/MR/Game applications, simulation tools, and interactive experiences. I’m reaching out to

Currently, I’m working at Navcon Advanced Systems in Abu Dhabi, where I lead the development of advanced Unity-based
applications across simulation, training, and visualization domains. My recent work includes building a VR multiplayer
crime scene investigation hub with AI-driven NPCs, developing a LIDAR-based point cloud visualizer for UGVs, and
creating collaborative MR applications using HoloLens and real-time object detection. Each project has challenged me to

external hardware.
Previously, I served as a Technical Lead at Highbrow Interactive, where I led the development of popular simulation

and industrial VR training solutions, WebGL platforms, and cross-platform mobile architectures, demonstrating my ability
to blend creativity with engineering at scale.
Before transitioning into Unity development, I worked as an Embedded R&D Engineer, developing sensor-driven
applications, HMD prototypes, and IoT-based systems using platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi—experience that
continues to enrich my work on projects involving real-world sensor integration.
Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized with awards such as the “Never Say Never” and “Good Performer”, which
reflect my commitment to problem-solving, ownership, and excellence. I am passionate about R&D and thrive in
