Built clinical dashboards with Blazor WebAssembly and React/TypeScript, surfacing real-time patient risk scores and population health metrics via Snowflake Cortex Analyst APIs. Developed ML model serving pipelines with Snowpark and .NET worker services, integrating readmission and sepsis prediction models while maintaining HIPAA compliance across AI inference workflows.

Architected HIPAA-compliant C#/.NET Core 8 microservice APIs for UnitedHealth Group’s member eligibility and benefits enrollment platform, enforcing encryption, audit logging, and RBAC across distributed boundaries. Implemented MediatR (CQRS) with Entity Framework Core and custom ASP.NET Core pipeline behaviors to standardize validation, request handling, and auditable PHI access across PostgreSQL. Designed event-driven communication using Azure Service Bus with Polly retry policies to decouple enrollment/eligibility workflows and improve fault tolerance. Deployed containerized .NET microservices on Azure with Docker and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for regulated environments. Engineered HIPAA-aligned RESTful APIs and data models using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework with secure, scalable data handling across client-facing healthcare projects.
