As a children's art educator at Dou Dou Art Studio in central Glasgow, I have actively engaged in curatorial practices including the design of long-term art programs, planning of open-call events, and contributing to research and development initiatives. My role also extended to team coordination and shaping the studio's brand identity. I have successfully mentored students, two of whom have recently received awards in a competition hosted by the Kelvingrove Museum. I have supported the artistic growth of neurodiverse children, including children with ADHD and autism.
