This comic book series, Cyberfunk Cowboys , is a sci-fi western saga where a crew of American rebel warriors, armed with ancient techno-spiritual armor from Africa, take on a ruthless regime of AI overlords trying to control the future. If you’re into Afrofuturism, action, and a little soul in your storytelling — this one’s for you. This saga is inspired by titles such as Afro Samurai, Samurai Champloo, Yu-Yu hakisho, CowBoy BeeBob, Spawn and X-Men.
As a comic book illustrator and writer, I offer full-scope visual storytelling that goes beyond drawing pages—I help shape worlds, characters, and visual identity. My services include character and costume design, environment and world-building, sequential page layout, dynamic panel composition, inking, coloring, and cover art. I approach each project with a cinematic mindset, focusing on pacing, mood, and clarity so the story reads powerfully and effortlessly. I work comfortably from scripts or in collaborative development, translating concepts into striking, emotionally grounded visuals that support the narrative and elevate the final product.
What differentiates me is my strong conceptual foundation and original IP experience. I don’t just illustrate—I think like a creator and brand builder. With a background in graphic design and editorial storytelling, I bring a polished, intentional look to every project and ensure visual consistency across characters, pages, and marketing assets. My work is heavily influenced by a mix of American Western and Japanese cultures, futurism, and genre-blending, allowing me to create distinctive styles that stand out in a crowded market. I’m fluent in industry-standard tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, Affinity), experienced with deadlines, production workflows, and capable of contributing ideas that strengthen the story, world-building, and audience appeal—making me a creative partner, not just a hired hand.
