    paper All-American Mobile Detailing - Ticketing System Training Video

    For this video, I was instructed to create a training video for a client who I was also implementing a new ticketing system for. This ticketing system was to be used in the company’s Discord server, and I had been asked to make it professional, yet entertaining.

    Using my own voice for a voiceover, witty and modern humor, and organization of the video into segments, the client was extremely happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, that company has since gone bankrupt, so there’s no website to view it on anymore besides this unlisted YouTube video.

    These videos were uploaded to the company’s website to provide additional information and insight for customers browsing our selection of packages. I had to write scripts, use a limited amount of pre-captured B-roll, and edit the videos together.

    The client requested I use AI for the voiceover, and that was the only part in this that was done by machine. Audio mixing, editing, timeline structure, music selection, B-roll selection, and everything in between was done by hand, by me. I utilized a royalty-free music website for the backing music, and used DaVinci Resolve Studio for the rest.
