Creative Director with an engineering background and 15+ years of experience in product, brand, and design strategy.
I help brands translate complex challenges into clear, scalable design systems — combining creative leadership with structured processes, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. My experience includes work with international brands such as L’Oréal, BIC, IKEA, Roces, Fischer, and Madshus, across multiple markets and categories.
I lead and deliver projects spanning product design, packaging, digital, motion, and spatial design (stands and environments) — from concept and strategy to production and launch. I work closely with cross-functional teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure creative decisions are both visually strong and commercially grounded.
My expertise covers sports, outdoor, beauty, and real estate, with a strong focus on complex, non-standard projects where ready-made solutions don’t exist. I combine audience insight, trend analysis, and disciplined creative thinking to build brands and products that are relevant, desirable, and built to last.
When design works, the results speak for themselves.

Research-Driven Product Design at the Intersection of Beauty, Science & Perception A large-scale beauty research project developed with L’Oréal Research & Innovation and the Cognitive Sciences department, focused on defining the archetype of the “ideal lipstick” for the Asian market. As Creative Director, I shaped the research-driven visual strategy, consulted the team on how complex parameters should be translated into testable visuals, and personally executed the core product, packaging, and 3D visualizations used in the study.
Olympic Sports Equipment Design Concept development and hands-on product design for a full range of winter sports equipment, including snowboard, skis, helmet, goggles, boots, and accessories. Developed in collaboration with the Olympic Sports Committee and Bosco Creative Agency. The key challenge was adapting a complex multi-color signature pattern across various materials and production technologies while preserving color accuracy and strong brand recognition across the entire product line.

Inline skates product design. Lightweight model with breathable mesh. Italian brand legacy + new technologies.
Development of two plastic racket lines — PRO (premium durability) and Play (accessible performance)—for outdoor play. Features hydrophobic coatings, dual-textured rubber for spin/control and secure wet/dry grip, plus colour variants.Project covered full brand identity, product aesthetics, and 3D development— from concept sketches and technical illustrations to production-ready plans and renders. Designed to enable seamless rain-or-shine table tennis.
Nordic Ski Boots Collection
A ground-up redesign of a cross-country ski boots line created as part of Nordway’s brand relaunch. The project included brand identity, technology hierarchy, and the development of a distinctive, dynamic boot design that clearly differentiates the line from competitors. As Creative Director, I led the creative concept and art direction, supervising a team of designers. A strong directional graphic element, integrating a subtle “N” logo detail, defines the visual identity and creates a recognizable performance-driven silhouette.
Scent Cognition is a research-driven project developed in collaboration with L’Oréal Research & Innovation and a Cognitive Science Lab. As Creative Director, I led the visual translation of how fragrances are perceived and cognitively processed in the human brain. The project introduces a unique visual framework for fragrance perception, mapping seven core evaluation domains — color, shape, texture, seasonality, notes, and intensity wave — into a coherent, scalable system. Beyond research, this approach opens new application possibilities, such as remote fragrance selection: enabling users to discover a personally aligned scent through a short, intuitive questionnaire — without physical sampling. The project bridges neuroscience, design, and luxury innovation, expanding how fragrance can be understood, communicated, and experienced.
Concrete case concept developing, book narrative, 3D-modelling. The company history book is designed to communicate the long-term vision and translate the DNA of a smart residential development company.
