This example comes from language learner cassettes, provided by an educator putting together materials to teach the endangered North American language of Odawa. Originally recorded in the early 1980’s, the cassette tapes suffered physical degradation, creating noise interference. We used a variety of filters and frequency targeting to remove that noise interference , while maintaining the integrity of the speaker’s voice and background music.
