Eli Pakier is the founder of Field Trip Department and has served as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer since 2019, leading strategy and execution across the full stack of marketing disciplines. He embeds within organizations, curating and managing blended in-house and external teams tailored to each companies’ needs, skill gaps, and stage of growth.
After two decades spanning Fortune 500 brands and fast-growing challengers at agencies, media companies, and global brands including 3M, P&G, and PepsiCo, he set out to bring the same performance-minded brand building and strategic marketing discipline to financial services businesses of all sizes.
He leads brand and marketing foundations, transformations, and implementations from the inside out, designing strategies and systems that scale. His work spans branding, go-to-market planning, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and PR and communications. He executes across the full digital suite: websites, content marketing, CRM and automation, SEO, paid search, paid social, and performance marketing.
Earlier in his career, Eli founded Bloomberg’s in-house brand consultancy, created documentaries for Netflix, led strategy for the highest-spending brand in China, and helped elevate Visa to become one of the world’s top five most valuable brands.
