Hi, I'm Elijah Sowers, a Visual Development Artist and Animation Director with a passion for bringing characters to life. I recently led a six-person team at Green America to create a comedic animated short for a convention, combining story, design, and collaboration to deliver a polished piece on a deadline. I’ve honed my skills in digital painting, character design, and story development through coursework at Bowling Green State University and hands-on projects, from concept sketches to final renders in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. I love studying motion, layout, and narrative pacing—whether in school assignments or independent projects—and I’m always eager to learn new tools and push designs beyond the page.
