Defined and led training strategy to upskill approximately 2,000 branch-based employees across 90+ locations in the US for ERP system implementation. Conducted training needs analysis, led selection and implementation of eLearning tools and LMS, engaged subject matter experts to produce effective content, and delivered blended learning solutions and live webinars. Monitored completion, attendance and post-training feedback to ensure successful rollout.
