    A client reached out with a critical issue: a custom subdomain connected to their funnel platform suddenly stopped working, displaying a DNS error. After investigating, I discovered the domain’s nameservers had been changed, causing the subdomain to break due to missing DNS records.

    I quickly diagnosed the root cause, identified the DNS authority shift, and manually restored the correct CNAME configuration on the new hosting platform. Within hours, the subdomain was fully functional again, restoring the client’s funnel access without disrupting their main website or email services.

    Diagnosed DNS-related errors (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN)

    Traced DNS authority changes due to nameserver updates

    Recreated the correct DNS record (CNAME) on the new hosting platform
